Classic roasted walnuts. The acidity and texture are built for the long haul; the wine is vibrating. Love to circle back to this down the road.

Haven't had Vin Jaune in a long time. Really pretty and juicy in a sweet lemon way, musty like a rainy day in an old bookshop. Nutty like fresh walnuts. Loads of summer hay in the mid palate.

un nez typique du Jura pas trop marqué
une attaque très saline et une belle longueur en bouche,encore beaucoup trop d acidité
a ne surtout pas ouvrir maintenant mais à oubliér en cave pour de longues années
