No more mackerel for us..... but damn yoshitomo.... you do not disappoint.
Started with a very citrus taste and finished bland. However maybe with the sushi it ends up quite pleasant.

Salty. Bitter. Crisp and refreshing. Very enjoyable to drink. Great for summer (the acidity bites you on the tongue).

This one was running a little hot and a little flat. Always have a nice time at the horsemen. Slammed on a monday! No metras by the glass though... tsk tsk.

On night one, pretty much closed with some nice minerality and lemon. after .3 days in the fridge all these wonderful melon and other fruits come out to balance the acidity and it becomes a masterwork of Muscadet.. buy a case and age 8-10 years folks.. gorgeous
