Vintage 2009 / honey in smell, austerity in taste. Wonderfull Romorantin from the Loire. Paired with dab and caper (limande capres) and black salsify (salsifis noir)

Reminds me of something from the Jura. Nutty, just barely oxidative, slight sherry quality. Bright and striking minerality
