Finally got around to trying this one. It’s stellar and just what I was hoping for. Clean, bright and an elegance that you don’t always find in entry-level offerings. Green Apple, orange cream, white flowers and a minerality that plays hide and seek. Perfect with the sushi I’m eating.

Having this 2031 with ceviche snd it is a perfect pairing. Fresh balanced subtle refreshing. Some of the 2021 Sancerre’s have been too green all chives snd jalapeños but this one has just the right hints of fresh sea peas with subtle citrus fruits , just right.
