Granny smith applesauce, toasted walnuts, kind of a honeyed floral note and a meaty mineral one. Hour or so in and here comes the pineapple. Zippy, fun and easy to finish. Gooseberry now.

Opened up nicely after an hour or so

Decanted, give it an hour - tension reappeared from the fat of the vintage. Such an underrated producer ...
