Great bottle of champagne. Fuji apple, sourdough. Crisp clean and searingly dry.

Very pleasant Champagne de Vigneron, 100% Meunier, nice acidity and minerality.

Steadily grows into a lovely textured champagne. 100 % Pinot Meunièr

Minerally but full at the same time. Beautiful nose of yeast and citrus. There is a distinct chalkiness and Imagine some oysters would be perfect here

Beautiful fruit, steely minerality and excellent bubble
From raspberry to kiwi, grapefruit to litchee, orange blossom to little wisteria

Shut down upon opening. Opened up after three days in fridge... soft pink red fruits. Extreme chalky minerality and good length. Was not expecting that.

A nice Champagne one grape Petit Meunier, not the best I’ve had, I still prefer Jerôme Prévost, though it’s too pricy🧐

Wonderful prelude ahead of omakase. Pleasant, crisp and refreshing. Desired munier nose and taste.
