So, all those reviewers who loved the acid of the 2014 like two years ago? Yeah, in 2018 all that’s left of this wine is acid. Slightly oxidized, bruised green apple, and tart tart lime acid. Too bad this wine didn’t hold on to any of its guts over time.

An important wine for those with a soft spot for underdog grapes and history. Love the bouquet of white flowers, the pretty acids, and texture of this wine. It's an honor to be able to taste a grapes resurrection.

flowers, Meyer lemon, minerals. I'm loving this and was lucky enough to taste with Nicolas at chambers. This was maybe my favorite of the lineup partly because it had me scratching my head and wanting more

Apple cider, gardenias, pez candy, meyer lemon, citrus zest. Bright acidity, mineral driven mid palate, light bodied juicy texture, crisp mouth watering slightly sour/saline finish. Dances all over the place, pairs perfectly with raw/crudo seafood. Unique, rare varietal.

Not a viognier blend. Straight-up verdesse, a big, savory white wine with lots of tart yellow fruit. Delicious.
