This is Rhône wine from the Galilee in Israel. No surprise as this wine was made by 2 winemakers from the Rhine area. In the second year of the winery. At 11years old it is mature with Syrah leading and Mourvèdre in support. I loved it. Plums and a long finish that has that “meaty “ flavor typical of Some Rhine style wines.

Dark dense blueish red with some light legs and shiness at the rims 👁
Flowers at first then some dried and ripe berries with hints of black pepper, cloves and some wet soil 👃
Dark dried fruits with light spices and light tannins in the middle of the tongue 👄
Light and dry 🎯
Quite pleasant light and easy drinking red.
Very good vfm. (65 nis)
As it opened up in the glass , the flowers diminished and fruit became the main issue. Had it on it's own . Would probably fit a hamburger or some not too spicy stir fry.

Agree with Aaron, definitely funky, almost a little oxidation on the nose to me. Okay but not my favorite from the Middle East.
