Light yellow in color with a golden hue.
Buttery on the nose with lemons, Citrus, grass, oak, minerals, diesel, green apples and Goosberry.
Light to Medium-bodied and crisp with high acidity.
Bone Dry on the palate with limes, green apples citrus and grapefruits.
Long and tart finish with limes and sour oranges.
A good quality Burgundy White, not my taste, but a good food wine nonetheless.
12% alcohol by volume.
