Late with notes. Lively, upfront, carries its acidity very well on the front of the palate. Richness is moderate, some give on the finish where it thins out a touch. Beautiful nose and palate though, struck match, underripe white peach, lime curd, ripe apple, zest and very fragrant with orchard blossoms. Cooperage is on point, so subtle and giving in all the right ways, very nuanced and finessed here. Would love to revisit

Lemon, pear and white flowers. Lots of minerality and very little if any oak influence at this point. Round and i hate to say the word “smooth”. Delicious now but can go 10 years or so. Sadly ~ 100$ retail.
