Vanilla & butterscotch nose. Strangely doesn’t follow through in the mouth. Thankfully. Nice minerality instead.

If it didn’t have the mineral backbone the oaky-ness would be a bit much. Clean minerality. Serve a bit chilled.

First wine in 2.5 months - and well worth the wait. Vivaciously young and crisp with a glorious acidity in a pale yellow dress.

2010 vintage. A golden colour with a wonderfully rich nose of honey, pear, almond and lemon. The palate has lovely minerality and the acidity really keeps this wine fresh. A lovely long finish that leaves you wanting more. AG
