Les Pieds Sur Terre Saint-Savin Chardonnay

Really cool expression of chard. High acid, mineral driven, focused, reductive matchstick tone.

So much going on in this awesome Chardonnay from Jura. For a second, green bell pepper and celery seed but then popcorn kernel and smokey tar. Chablis level acidity with a rich mouth coating carrying flavors of lemon, yellow apple, celery salt, and chamomile.

Flavors change from nuts, walnuts and hazelnuts, to fruits, apples and pears.

New Jura producer 👌🏻

Natural fermentation is the best part of this wine. Also the mouth feel.

Exactly what I want in Jura chard. Reduced, beautifully
