Excellent Chablis. Not as much steely minerality and sea bed as others. But crisp and opens up well with some air. Let it breath and don't serve too cold. Let those fruits come out.

#NailedIt on the wine I assessed in this morning's blind tasting. Even the bottle looks impressed. Villages #Chablis. #ViellesVignes add complexity to the green apple, lemon-lime cream & touch of peanut.

Very ripe nose with evident winemaking presence. Stone fruit and tropical character matches buttery/yoghurty aspect. Equally ripe on the palate with a concentration and ripeness far superior to village Chablis. Cheesy leesy long finish with a sapid note and chalky minerality. Very good old vine Chablis
