Great in the way that only burgundy can be great. Seamless and transparent while at the same time having profound depth and soul. What a wine!

i wish there was less cedar and more cherry but this a delight on the palate. really lovely at this age.

Simple but elegant. Sour red cherry and some dusty/earthy character. Needed some time to open up but once it did, it crushed a more expensive Oregon Pinot that cost 60% more in a single-blind taste-off.

Excellent. When I think of a true burgundy this is what I have in mind.

Beautiful Villages Chambolle. Pale in color. Lovely cherry, violets on the nose and palate. The smell and taste screams Chambolle. Just delicious!
