Deep ruby shimmering with purple glints. Nose of rose and pomegranate with red plum, raspberry allspice and fired ceramic. Black cherry initially on the palate turns red and concentrates to a pomegranate purity. Red licorice swims in soft cinnamon, and a feather of cedar. Underneath lurks dark power, suggesting sloe berry, cassis, a mineral boysenberry paprika and white pepper.
