Better than my last btl in Sep. Lovely perfumed nose with wild strawberry, candied cherry, cinnamon, soft stems with a touch of Gevrey funk. On the palate: fantastic acidity, game, blackberry, pomegranate; good density and length on the finish, which shows soft tannin and plenty of energy.

In a really lovely place.

Bright red cherries and strawberry jam with a barely noticeable backbone of iron/blood

Delicious with Paul Bocuse’s poulet au vinaigre.

Great fresh wine. Nothing to hide, super open and singing. Yes and yes.
