Saje Châteauneuf-du-Pape Grenache Blend

2013 light to medium body maybe old school has acid more the weight of a burgundy not much concentration

Red and black dried fruit. Nice tannin and licorice note. Medium bodied.

Rich ruby with dark Cherry and stewed fruit aromas. Super smooth with a long finish and a spice note.

Rich crimson color, though not opaque.

Forest floor, rich berries, with a unifying herbal note on the palate.
Indiscernible yet presently clear. Good tannins later on, odd sterility on the nose, perfume vibes.
I suppose this is round? It's nearly balanced in structure.

Smooth and easy to drink with everything

Wonderful smooth 2015 Chateauneuf!

Had for G's 30th birthday celebration (a few days early) with Convivial takeout. Needed a little time to breathe; peppery at first but got fruitier with time. Delicious. ~$40 at Dvines.

Drinks like a Pinot Noir. A little tannin. Very drinkable

Rich and stony with firm edges, fresh fruit and pepper.

Good not great. Not as good as the tasting last week.
