What a depth.
Super dry and super light, so much lighter and aerial than many wines of that type.
Nuts, herbs, wind, just the perfect pairing for this old Comté!

Smoke, brittle, and stone. A delicate fire in a glass, a medical sample in a flask. Three hours open and it sings. A must.

It's fantastic wine. Nose is very complicated, pure and intense. There are crushed flowers, ripe yellow apples, pears, walnuts and hints of new leather. On the palate tremendous structure with medium(+) body, intense medium(+) acidity and long succulent finish.
