Château Châlon light. Powerfull on the sous voile characteristics (curry, nuts and cheese, it has been aged under a veil for 2,5years) but surprisingly easy and light on the palate. Wine of great finesse! Wonderful. Big part of the cuvée is made out of Chardonnay. It was hard to get my hands on one, but it was worth the wait. Thanks @Jiri Brandt for swapping a bottle.

Well, beautiful oxidised notes mixed with the freshness and fruits of savagnin and Chardonnay.
