Vintage 2023 | Pepper and cherries, a rounded taste with everything in balance. Charming!

Over the hill unfortunately. Tons of tobacco with cured meat peeking out just a bit, acid holding up.

2004. Funk, peeper, beef jerky, mint leaves, pomegranate, dried herbs, orange peel, geranium and nice acidity.

Strong minerality at first blew off quickly and made for a great wine to pair with bbq pork. Mild acidity and bright cherry flavors.

Pencil shavings, balsamic, better on the palate than on the nose, pretty funky nose. But at 19€ it's pretty good #qpr #saintjoseph #syrah

Juicy meat, buttered toast, apricot, minerality, some acidity. Every white wine flavor is found in here! Tremendous length, nuance, and subtlety. Simply outstanding.

The nose is all blackberry, pepper and a bit of a mineral thing like gun powder. The palate is delicious. Strong acid drive, nice matter, glorious fruit all along, good grip, lively tannins spicing up things a bit, a very wide and impressive mid palate and a very long peppery, fruity finish with a tiny bit of bitterness, just enough to make it very good. This delivers, time and time again

Delicious bottle of wine. Wonderful bouquet, fragrant Syrah aromas, tannic and well structured flavors. Great with fatty meats. Easy drinking. Had it at Chapeau with ribeye. Would definitely get again!

A gamey thing, pencil lead, black pepper, blackberry, black olive... So much is going on there. Very balanced yet powerful palate with a strong acid backbone, blackberry and olive. Some sticky, grippy touch, some. Width, a tannic thing to spice things up but the finish is all tangy fruity with blackberry and a bit of black pepper. This is well done
