Chablis Chardonnay

Very ripe with lots of lees. Shows ripe for the vintage but still enough Chablis character.

The nose shows its minerals well, in a shower of wet rocks, lemons and tropical fruit. The flinty palate fits perfectly with any type of seafood, but bring me some oysters Rockefeller.

Son of Bichot.. Very nice on a hot day..

Great entry Chablis. Balanced with minerality and a remarkable acidity for Chardonnay.

Gripping acidity. Nose of minerals and wet rocks. Sharp lemon and stone fruit flavors. Excellent food wine. Good choice tonight!

Nice. Reasonable and easy to drink. Went well with scallops. Nice and buttery.
