Honey, peaches, apricots in honey with a pinch of thyme - Chenin aromatics in all it’s glory. Broad on the palate at first, with the juicy acidity holding it together and finishing quite taught and mineral. A great wine, even if way too early to drink. hold for a few more years.

May 12th, 2018Rich & complex yet very, very elegant. Brilliantly integrated wood with yellow Mirabelle plum, honey melon and a touch of salty caramel. Impeccably balances and with a finish that goes on and on. You gotta love good Chenin from the Loire.

Quite textural. Quince like zest and acidity. Nice length too. Moved on to green olives in lemon juice. Good with food.
