Sep 5th, 2014Yum. Drank this with roasted vegetables, quinoa, and pistachio-crusted baked trout.

Jul 21st, 2015Reminds me somewhat of Wind Gap's Trousseau Gris. So approachable and sensibly priced. The nose expresses heavy aromas of freshly cut peaches, subtle grey ash and maybe a bit indistinct but it smells of wet stone. Great minerality and the mouth feel is simply electrifying. This wine is energetic enough to put a smile to my face, literally. I'd like to think that the passion of the winemaker is being conveyed through the wine itself. I'd buy a case just for everyday drinking.

Mar 7th, 2015Oooooo quartz looking crystals formed on the wine side of the cork! 💎 good signs to start. Fizzy...signs of the super natural obviously still present. 😜 the fizz accented the minerals and the tropical citrus party happening...tasted like sparkling sweet diamonds for a few minutes. Took about 30 minutes for the fizz to say goodbye and by that time we had already a beautiful conversation and the wine just tasted of mineral spiced honey. The drinking of this felt like a test drive to me. Actually makes me more excited to try the petillant version. ✨💎💫
