I want to be in exile with this wine. What a revelation to blend Chenin with two grapes that I don’t think I spend any time thinking about, but now I’d try any blend of this sort. Love the nose, the fresh apple on the palate and the racy, lively acidity. First Jousset, won’t be my last.
