Lemon full-on sparkling--not petillant but who cares. Drinkable daily bubble--def going to buy more

Lemon drop and minerals. Definitely beyond pettilant. I think I woulda liked less CO2.

Interesting/ununusual aromatics, umami, saki, firm and even flavors on palate, cleansing

Smooth fruit forward with a little interesting funk to it very nice

Fun, fruity, a little on the sweet side. Delightful.

Still just awesome.

This is a rad wine.

Yeasty, doughey nose. Oyster shells, acidic concentration and under-ripe plum, stone fruit (but green) -- sake notes. Short finish and minimally effervescent
