Lotsa vinosity on nose, feels a bit like a champagne without gas. Mouth follows with fresh tanins, would have hoped for more complexity and length. Very young.

So Brett. Wonderful barnyard funk. If you like Brett sour beers, this is your jam. Tart. Thicker body. Heavy white and yellow fruits, but more peach than banana. Needs a more complex/long finish. More lively early so doesn’t need (much) time to open.
