The tannins of this '89 were totally resolved and this bottle was quite open, unlike more recent vintages I've tried. Soft cherry, ripe tomato, mushroom, earth, and faint dried herbs.

Vin vieillie mais n'a pas perdu ses arômes! Très surprenant avec des notes boisées grillées et de rose comme on peut en trouver sur des vieux bourgognes un équilibre parfait!!! Un vrai plaisir et un moment inoubliable!
