We picked up this Corsican blend for a little wine shop in Paris and met the vinter who was a super cool guy. Wine has classic Corsican qualities of volcanic mineral and lime raspberry jelly. Would have been good with grilled seafood.

Really fantastic! Esoteric wine from Corsica - feminine style, stunning liquified sweet red fruit flying out of the glass accented with a floral note and a distinct mineral & iron component. Subtle white pepper and just a whiff of dust - very focused, balanced with cohesive integrated tannins. Everything was spot on - better with food (we had charcuterie) as finish dies a bit on its own.

Fin, elegant. A l'ouverture, l'acidité et le gaz carbo un peu presents, mais après qq minutes, tout bon. Agreable, clair.
