Natural wine. No/minimal sulfur. Like a baked Apple/Apple-tart. But also quite oxidised, Golden Color After opening which turns into a Whisky-like Brown After some days in the Open bottle. Initially with some freshness but this turned into a slight Sherry-Note a couple of days later.
For Apple-tart lovers. Drink within a day After opening.

Thick and rich, spicy, yet lean and clean...richness from the variety and the vineyard, and the oxygen involved in the winemaking, but pretty mineral acidity and nice moderate alcohol, phenolic weight, not glycerol fat. I imagine that the vignerons have lots of personality, but a quietness at the same time.
