Scene in nature. Springtime flowers, framed by oak, mineral, rocks, expansive, elegant. Deep. So clean, elegant and slippery. Juicy and so pure. Sappy and elegant. Great acidity. Complex. Iodine, saline, that is more puligny/chassagne. Wild mint. Juicy, and silky. Long and complex.

Aug 26th, 2023Nose is literally insane. So complex and elite. Flowers, smoke and so much aromatic stuff. Silky, smooth, complex, juicy and serene and so so sexy. Just all class.

@delectable Meursault 1er cru les Caillerets. Beautiful seashell Nose. Lovely chard richness. Oak is integrated but you can feel its impact at this point in its life. Nice acidity. Great juiciness. Long rich almost alive finish. Texture is creamy. This should be much better in 2-3 years. I killed it young for research. Bought from Fass Selections. Ok. After an hour this is sick. Nutty. Much more complex. Almost like it’s Spicy. Aromatic. Wow.

Green apple. Ripe pear. Elite aromas. Ethereal. Palate is so so elegant. Achingly elegant. Amazing minerals. So so complex. Dense, sappy and structured. Rich and ripe but so elegant. It’s young. Super young. Needs 3-4 years but wow is this dense. Wow is this structured. Wow is this long. As it opens there is a profound textural element that develops on the finish. This is getting so so good.

Palate is rich, complex and full of minerals. Juicy with wonderful texture, sap and structure. Needs 2 hours to really strut but man is this a great bottle of Caillerets. Elegant and very long. Really terrific finish.

Nose is nicely rich. Not too much. Saline.
Palate is nicely saline. Very balanced. Quite good. 30 minutes In approaching elite deliciousness. Very round on the palate. Very good elegant intensity. A hint of tropicality.

Nose has tempered richness. A hint of wood. Some iodine. Intense almost perfumed not not in a floral way. Gorgeous.
Palate is salty mineral some richness. Awesome balance. Crunchy. Crisp. Just a hint of top notch clean butter.
As this opens a hint of apricot.
Very delicious.
