Captures just about everything I want in Meursault. Traditional winemaking, lovely weight and dimension backed by just the right amount of tension. Harmony of oxidation and reduction. Beautiful ripe citrus and orchard blossoms, hazelnut, struck flint, subtle spice, sweet lees, wet limestone. One of the more generous Narvaux wines I’ve tried, this had an amplitude to it that I don’t normally find in what I normally consider and more tense and leaner site. It was singing on day 2

Gold with tinge of green. Low oak, lemon, quince, touch of petrol. Balanced, round, a little vanilla, little tart edge on the end. Mid acid. Short finish. Not too much nuttiness going on.

This is lovely. Citrus accents all thru. White flowers, slight earthy white rock components.
