Saint Martin Chablis Chardonnay

This is a friendly little wine, creamy and tangy, though the oak is overpowering the light body at this point. Unclear whether it will integrate.

Drinking well. Weighty and viscous, with hints of minerality.

Disappointing

Traditional Chablis; wet stones, peach pit, apricot and nectarine on the nose. Clean and focused, with a nice core of acidity. The palate shows more apricot, melon, lime, and minerals.

Pear fruit style. Good stony chalky note. Light, fresh, zesty, Granny Smith apples, pear, green melon. Clean. Light Minerality

Lemon/lime, minerality, apple, screaming acid and bit of a rich mouthfeel. Yum.

Chablis on the Mexican coast. A little floral which is Puuurfect.

Green apple and pear, lemon zest, lemon meringue and banana.

Green apple, green pear, green melon, lemon, papaya, white flowers , straw, flint and stone.

Lemon, wet rocks, white flowers. Lime-plastic. Some mineral, but not overwhelming. Lighter bodied with a complex finish. Excellent typicity.
