A lot of acidity cutting through the oak and fruit. Some chalky minerality too.

Apricot, pear, strawberry. Slightly tropical (banana, coconut) Gentle roundness from malo fermentation. Would like to see more acid especially from this vintage (2014). Lower acid leads to the impression that it's watered down The comparison to Roulot is justified and I look forward to seeing more from this young producer.

This shows good acid & mineral tension. It is surprisingly lush on the palate as it takes on air & weight. Enjoyable and a great reminder of a region in Burgundy that I know very little about. As always so much to always learn about wine.

Apple, pear, citrus, minerality, medium plus crisp acid, vanilla on the palate with a creamy texture
