Very mild, smooth, and drinkable with surprisingly strong berry notes. We paired it with duck and it was delicious. This would also go well with turkey.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Spicy and dry on the palate with black fruits, chocolates, coffee, earth, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up.
Good by itself or with food. A nice sipping wine by the porch.
