Strawberry aroma, with herb in 30 min. 1 hour, lots of aroma is coming out. Need to wait to taste due to too acidic. 1.5 hours, concentrated aroma.2 hours, drinkable. A bit dry. Strawberry taste came back. Raspberry and plum. 2017 @2700, Fred - , 230719-230727
