Every now and again, a high octane CndP is called for. Nicely made for the style. Deeply plummy with baking spices and broad tannins. Slightly bitter midpalate, with a long finish. I wouldn't keep it around too much longer.

Had this last night, it made me re-evaluate the 2007 vintage..great acidity and structure while still having impressive breadth and depth on the palate.

Excellent wine. Nice balance and structure. Core of classic southern Rhône Varietals, probably Grenache, wrapped in a blanket of a fine tannins and medium acidity
