Thanksgiving wine #4. This is a new bottling for me, but I’ve enjoyed Stephan’s wines in the past. Aromatically, one can’t ask for much more than this. Delicate floral notes mixed with powerful fruit and savory character. The palate follows with similar traits, but the weight is incredible here. All of that complexity walking an ethereal tightrope. Beautiful & a perfect wine for an unusual Thanksgiving.
