Stainless, mineral, white floral, lees, licorice/fennel, green pear.. Medium plus acid, round mouthfeel, full bodied - very filling. Not a huge fan of heavy ML. Being the second wine I've had from this producer (1st Chignon-Bergeron), the signature of the winemaker is being heavy handed with ml.
