Very easy nose; fruit forward with red cherries and rich plums. Mildly spicy, with an earthy and a hint of a salty aftertaste. Nice dry finish which doesn't linger for very long.

One of the most balanced CDPs I've had. Cherries rolled in herbs de provence with a touch of menthol and pepper. Long and balanced finish without the big whopping heat.

Still has firm tannin. Fruit starting to fade, but in a good place if you like a little age on your CDP.

Great nose, earth, red fruit, spice, fresh herbs, licorice and sweet tobacco. M- acid, m body and tannin. Balanced and food friendly wine.

Not fruit forward…leather, licorice, cherry pits. Sipping this with a cheese, olive, fig board on our 25th wedding anniversary. 2015 $38 at Mahan’s

Big fruity nose with hints of lavender and oak. On the palate you get cherry pie, pomegranate, cherry cola, cedar, oak, rosemary, menthol, cinnamon, clove, and sage. Medium plus tannins, high alcohol, and high acid.

The best wine I have ever had while fishing and eating deck top charcuterie. Spicy nose but perfect balance and mellow fruit. Super delicious while fishing!
