Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2021 “Fourchaume” pours a straw color; medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is youthful with pineapple popsicle, lemon curd, and steely minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and refreshing. This is a beautifully balanced, elegant Chablis with intense minerality. It’s drinking well now but I expect it will be lovely well past 2031. Thanks @Lyle Fass

That is a majestic nose, but also closed in and so much more to express. The one to age. Expansive and wide. Acidity and intensity along with such amazing clarity and freshness. Energetic and lean. But also so long. Inner mouth aromas, bonkers wine. so so so long.
