2002 - Beautifully matured. Livley acidity and structured tannins that acts like a perfect frame for the red ripe fruits, mushrooms, leather and gamy smokieness. Good balance and well developed.

2009 vintage gives distinctive black cherry and subtle earthy aromas. Soft yet evident tannins give way to dark red fruit flavors surrounded by evident Burgundian earth. Terroir is a focal point. Drinking very well now. Get some if you can.

Roundness, velvety, aging tannins and alcohol are elegantly melted, carried by a (still) medium + acidity that leads well the tasting from the attack to the finish without failing. The letters of nobility of Burgundy at a justified price. Can be enjoyed endlessly and without headaches. Garnet-colored silk.

De la rondeur, du velouté, tanins d’élevage et alcool sont mêlées avec élégance, porté par une acidité (encore) moyen + qui conduit bien la dégustation de l’attaque à la finale sans faillir. Les lettres de noblesse de la Bourgogne à prix justifié. Se déguste sans fin et sans maux de tête. De la soie couleur grenat.

Excellent! So so good. Black cherry, currants, leather, burgundian dirt, and tannins are still showing so this has plenty of time left. Decanted for about 45 minutes. This displays the burgundy terroir very well!
