Aroma outstanding: dark fruit, tobacco, leather - not overly fruity. From the initial attack through finish this wine was seamlessly balanced. 20 second finish at a minimum. Still has another 8 to 10 years but terrific right now. Excellent choice. — 7 years ago

What a pleasant surprise! This 2017 Pinot Noir is terrific. Overarching taste profile is black cherry swathed in nice subtle spices. Finish is lengthy - balanced by fruit and acidity. This is a must buy. — 4 years ago
Amici Reservations 2014. Dark cherry, plum and tobacco aroma. Obviously French oak. Tannins are evident but integrated well. As the wine opened up, the tannins slid away. Classic example of an outstanding Napa Cabernet. this has Napa written all over it! Wow! The Amici team is working wonders. — 7 years ago
What a wonderful surprise. This Chardonnay has much more citrus and especially lemon than expected. The oak is evident but very subtle. Pairs well with lobster tail. This is a winner. — 6 years ago
Tannins are present, but opening up very well! This Syrah did not disappoint. Pencil shavings, rich, dark fruit purée with a touch of licorice - flavor profile falls between northern Rhône Syrah and Aussie Shiraz. 14.8% alcohol. Definitely giving this vintage a strong recommendation. — 7 years ago

Medium to full bodied. Tannins integrated perfectly. Plum notes. Medium dark fruit. Complexity on the aroma. Red and dark fruit intertwined. Slightly earthy. Pleasing finish at 30 to 40 seconds. Has the legs to go a long time. For many of us, “Why postpone pleasure?” ! Drinking well now! — 3 years ago
