
Jasmine and lily flower nose. Peach and liquorice on the palate and a lovely mineral spice. Round and just a tiny bit sweet, but balanced. Wild exciting texture that’s lightly oily, and almost sticks to your teeth.
Day three and this is really singing. Orange blossom scents and the most vivid ripe mango. The experience of eating very sophisticated marshmallow fluff.
I think this will probably be at peak in 2-3 years.

In the sparsely populated camp that believes Condrieu can age. Sure, after a few years it’s less aromatic, showy and fruity, but there’s still more than enough lovely apricot happening, along with a lovely honeyed and waxy thing going on. More mellow and integrated and probably better with food — black truffle, asparagus and lavish amounts of butter.

Longan, slate, smoke, peach. Absolutely fantastic. Best Condrieu I've had in awhile. No fat on this.
