Jasmine and lily flower nose. Peach and liquorice on the palate and a lovely mineral spice. Round and just a tiny bit sweet, but balanced. Wild exciting texture that’s lightly oily, and almost sticks to your teeth.
Day three and this is really singing. Orange blossom scents and the most vivid ripe mango. The experience of eating very sophisticated marshmallow fluff.
I think this will probably be at peak in 2-3 years.
