From magnum this wine did not disappoint as a complement to squab. Dark fruit and spice with great acidity. Admittedly we enjoyed this wine in the younger side albeit the bright fruit was enjoyed by all.

Blackberry jam, green and black pepper, olives, salami, violets, lavender, and deliciousness. Develops over 2 hours. Stunningly deep and rich, could age much much longer.
