Pic #3. 2013 Domaine Huet, Le Mont, Vouvray Sec. Golden hue with notes of melon, honeydew, cantaloupe, pear, white flowers, and grapefruit on the palate. Well-balanced and complemented the Lake Superior whitefish served in a mussel jus, with guanciale, and Brussels sprouts.
