There's this tart line of acid that builds and builds and just when you think it's gonna pop it slowly fades away, leaving you yearning for more. Truly fantastic wine.

2011 vintage. Perfect food wine. Pale gold in the glass, with green hues. Bright, confectionary lemon notes accompanied with river rocks, and wet wool on the nose. Easy, and ripe on the entry, but as it continues through to the mid palate, this wine transforms from soft and easy to razor sharp, and precise throwing tones of granny smith apple, pear, and tangerine. The finish has citrus toned acidity that cleanses the palate balanced out with nuances of blanched almonds. Very enjoyable wine!

Green apple, quince and lime with a steely structure. Fresh, integrated and showing herbal/mineral funk increasingly as it warmed. Paired for YG6 with a Snapperfish crudo with a coconut viniagrette, candy lime, ginger, and coriander.
