I have waited a long time to understand, get & appreciate 'Demi sec'. This riveting example needs no excuses. A coming out with flair & panache. Totally oui !

Graceful and giving; so pretty and just unmistakably Huet. The racy acidity conceals the 65g/L residual, giving a drier impression. They really made the wine that the vintage gave them and of course it works perfectly. Courtesy of Mike.

I just love the aromatics. Dried apricots, peach and honey for starters. Sweet of course but the acid keeps this in balance. A fan of this but not something I’d drink too often.

Beautifully balanced, stone fruit emerging, aromatic and a zippy acidity that provides structure for the sweetness. Another reason to love Chenin.

Really loving everything about this. Fruity-sweet without ever exploring extremes of richness. The acidic structure balances the peach & pear notes & hits the palate between bright & crisp. Amazing.
