I really like Huet. This is dense and structured with beautiful acidity and crushed chalk on the slowly unfolding finish. Young still but very attractive.

A little more oxidized than I would have thought for the vintage which made it somewhat geeky.

Never ceases to amaze me how consistently good these guys are.

Bright kumquat lively top of the tongue very uplifting

Great balance with acidity to go with so many different foods.

Too good for a Wednesday night - but hey the Olympics are on TV. To know Huet is to love Huet.
