Pretty and seductive, without the purity of fruit of le haut lieu (this vintage) but still so light on its feet. Concentrated florals, apple skin, maybe tart tropical hints and lots of crushed stone.

Very nice (and reasonably affordable!) option at Rivea (top of the Delano in Las Vegas). Good citrus, crisp, perfect with both halibut and lobster risotto. Glad I pivoted away from a Napa Chardonnay.

Vivid gold, pure apples upon opening. Decanted for an hour or so and then consumed slowly throughout the day. Finally after maybe 8 hours it started to soften and become more expressive. Very tight at present. EC
