You were dried strawberry and cherry, with earthy mushroom and forest floor. You had medium acidity and alcohol, nicely balanced and well integrated with the oak flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. You will make an appearance in our glasses again. Merci Domaine Heresztyn Gevry Chambertin 2010. (Pinot noir for those who aren't sure)
